A. Our seeds are sold as ornamental souvenirs therefore we are legally obligated to refrain from offering information or advice on germination or cultivation, if you are situated in a location where germination and cultivation are legal and you are licensed to do so, the information is readily available on the world wide web.
Q. Do you ship to all countries?
A. While we do ship global we also reserve the right to refuse to ship to some countries, in particular countries where penalties for simple possession of our product are deemed by us to be excessively harsh. We will soon, publish a list of locations to which we will not ship.

Q. What happens if my order is damaged or confiscated?

We make every effort to package your order in such a way as to avoid damage and or detection and have been must successful with our methods, however due to the uncertainty and variability of laws as well as postal services throughout the world we are currently unable to offer refunds or replacement product to many of the countries we ship to. Your order will be in excellent condition at the point it is shipped, if you receive damaged product or should your shipment be confiscated then your issue is with your local postal service and/or customs authorities.
Q. What if the product I receive is not what I ordered?

Quite simply, this is almost never happens, if you should receive the wrong product, simply contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will make the necessary arraignments for return/exchange.
